My client provides high quality Information & Data and Training & Education solutions across a variety of markets. Due to exciting growth plans including launching events across all of its brands, a new role has arisen for an experienced Conference Producer.
The role leads on development and delivery of content across the range of products and channels, including conference & award programmes. Strong market research skills are required as well as keeping track of industry developments & trends through companies, technologies, regulations and products/services.
Research and Programme Development- Keeping primary research at the core of the process – designing high quality agendas, based on in-depth research with the market – both buy and sell-side, providing cutting-edge thought leadership, global insights and trends, best practice examples and innovative thinking.
- Develop the content strategy, themes and proposition to deliver maximum engagement and success; using content as an enabler for audience acquisition, dwell time and to enhance the profile of the association and our partners.
- Create profitable, sustainable market-led events designed to connect sponsors and exhibitors.
- Acquire top-level, high profile end-user speakers, both international and local to the event region, which meet the information needs of the target audience.
- Work closely with speakers provided by our sponsors to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge thought-leading content that supports the programme and meets the audience’s information needs.
- Take primary responsibility for the content and style of the conference agenda and all event-related marketing materials.
- Write concise, persuasive copy which SELLS the benefits of sponsoring or attending our events.
- Generate and validate future event strategy and commercial topic ideas, and carry out due diligence for the future success of the business.
- Successfully execute product diversification through the launch of new events, digital and content products.
- Circa 2+ years B2B commercial event and conference production experience.
- Exceptional copywriting, attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
- Outstanding time management & organisational skills.
