Job Description

• Providing legal support to commercial and go-to-market teams on the development and implementation of new product features and services.
• Collaborating with digital, retail, and contact centre operations teams to ensure customer journeys are frictionless and compliant with regulations.
• Implementing new laws and regulations, and updating legal documents accordingly.
• Supporting indirect and affiliate partner channels.
• Managing customer claims.
• Providing legal advice for transformation programmes.
• Advising on Ofcom\’s General Conditions and general consumer law.

The Successful Applicant

• Agile, innovative, and proactive in legal advice, working closely with business teams.
• Practical, commercial, and solution-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Constructive team player with excellent communication skills to influence at all levels.
• Flexible, adaptable to change, and able to handle a busy environment.
• Strong planning, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Qualified solicitor or barrister in the UK or Commonwealth jurisdiction.
• Experience in UK in-house legal teams or private practice, preferably in telecoms, media, or communications sectors.

• Estimated day rate of £550 – £675.
• 3-month contract with potential for extension.
