My client is currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Architect to join their team in London. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and ensure the successful delivery of ESM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment of 4me-based ESM solutions, guiding onboarding of new processes and services.
  • Work with Business Analysts to understand requirements and deliver data integration solutions.
  • Define and manage data models aligned with business needs and ITIL practices.
  • Provide expertise on the service metaphor within an ITIL framework.
  • Design solutions for pulling data into a unified data lake and support data governance.
  • Support ongoing initiatives, including new ESM products and expansion into new service areas.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams for smooth onboarding of new services.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in delivering cloud-based solutions for large enterprises, focusing on business processes and customer journeys.
  • Knowledge of EMS systems such as 4me, ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or similar, with experience in process and IT service integration.
  • Experience designing Rest APIs.
  • Strong understanding of data models, integration techniques, and protocols like REST.
  • Experience with Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure and related services.
  • Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts and align solutions with ITIL principles.
  • Stakeholder management skills for engaging with users, technical teams, and leadership.
