Our client, a leader in the Beauty industry, is seeking a Digital Director to oversee global digital strategies and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with company objectives.
2. Build and maintain relationships with distributors, agencies, and suppliers to identify growth opportunities.
3. Collaborate with Brand, NPD, and Commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment.
4. Manage global Ecommerce platforms to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership and team development skills, serving as a role model organization-wide.
• Experience as a Digital Director, preferably within Beauty or Luxury Fashion.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
• Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments, demonstrating adaptability and autonomy.
