We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our client’s pest control sales team in the North.

The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth in the pest control sector.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and motivating teams of Sales Representatives to develop customer relations, increase market share, and sales revenue.
  2. Exhibiting excellent leadership and team management skills.
  3. Demonstrating exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  5. Driving results and maintaining high motivation levels.
  6. Creating and implementing strategic plans to meet sales targets.
  7. Overseeing recruitment and training of sales staff.
  8. Communicating the organisation’s value propositions effectively through proposals and presentations.
  9. Monitoring market trends, competitor offers, and costs to optimize pricing.
  10. Forecasting and setting sales quotas for regions and territories.
  11. Analyzing market data to inform unit and gross-profit plans.
  12. Possessing a full driving license.
