JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner who has a good generalist HR background with in-depth knowledge of UK Employment Law and experience leading and managing a team of Human Resource professionals.

Working as a Senior HR Business Partner, you will lead and support a newly formed Business Partnering function. The team is responsible for service delivery aligned to the Corporate Delivery Plan and includes HR Business Partnering, Resourcing, and HR Systems and Data.

You will work closely with your team to ensure that the organization partners effectively across all HR elements.

DUTIES

Your duties include:

• Providing leadership to the HR Business Partnering Team, acting as a member of the HR Leadership Team, and ensuring excellent customer experience across all service areas.
• Collaborating with the Head of HR and OD to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Ensuring consistent application of HR policies, processes, and strategies, including updates for legislation changes.
• Embedding and enhancing the Business Partnering model, sharing ideas, and implementing new practices.
• Championing change and improvement initiatives within the team for better efficiency and value.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Degree-level or equivalent professional qualifications.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience leading a business partnering team.
• Strong understanding of generalist HR practices.
• Experience in a Childrens or Adult Social Care environment is advantageous.
