Responsibilities
- Develop and review enterprise-level strategies, engaging with CPO, CFO, and CXO levels
- Create and realize digital and AI strategies
- Lead strategic sourcing and category transformation initiatives
- Implement accelerated cost reduction programs
- Deploy and optimize platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, and proprietary assets
- Transform and improve P2P and procurement operations
Leadership and Sales Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction, drive employee engagement, and develop offerings and intellectual property
- Lead Genpact’s advisory capabilities in Source to Contract, focusing on strategic sourcing and cost reduction
- Manage a team of consultants and coordinate global project teams
- Lead sales efforts for S2P consulting programs and cross-sell broader capabilities
- Ensure achievement of financial metrics and high-quality delivery
- Participate in industry discussions, publish insights, and enhance brand awareness
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
- Proven success in consulting/advisory environments with revenue and client delivery achievements
- Executive presence to influence CXO decisions within a matrixed organization
- Leadership skills to build and develop talent
- Deep expertise in category management, sourcing, and cost reduction across commodities
- Knowledge of procurement, supply chain activities, and application of data, AI, and technology
- Analytical skills to assess risks and propose data-supported solutions
