Requirements
  • Minimum of one year’s experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie, with proven skills and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a focus on delivering quality under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene, allergen management, and labelling regulations.
  • Up-to-date food safety and hygiene certifications.
  • Clear communication, a positive attitude, and a collaborative approach to kitchen teamwork.
  • You must be available for at least 3 months for this opportunity.
  • Clean chef uniform and your own knives/equipment.
