Are you an Operations Manager who has experience within helping businesses grow? Are you hands on in approach and want to work closely with the owner and senior board to help develop a business to it's potential? If so, I may just have something that might peak a bit of interest. The business in question are well established and got a great customer base already set up, however with some ambitous plans, they already know their limitations when it comes to stock management, inventory control, capacity and distribution. They are ultimately looking for someone that can help them set up strong operational policies, processes and systems of work for the future. A fresh set of eyes on what they have already, is going to be welcomed with open arms, and this is truely a role you can add value in. What do you need? Experience within Food, Fresh Produce or FMCG is required Operational management within Warehouse or Distribution Experience handling 3PL providers, multi-drop logistics and E-commerce style pick pack operations.
