Job Description Do you have extensive working knowledge of Public Health services design? Are you ready to take on a leading role in a team of Public Health engineers? To succeed in this role, you will be client-focused and have experience working in a design capacity with demonstrable skills in leading major projects across multiple sectors. Your new team You will be part of our highly dynamic Building Services team, which has an in-depth focus on technical delivery and an excellent understanding of client care. You will play an important role in a close-knit team working on a wide variety of high-profile projects in the UK and occasionally internationally. Your new role As our new Technical Associate/Associate Director, your key responsibilities will include: Mentoring, developing, and supporting an established team of Public Health Engineers. Ensuring the quality of our designs and providing technical and pastoral mentoring to the Public Health team locally and nationally. Driving and delivering projects profitably and to client satisfaction. Supporting business development with technical strategies and demonstrating market-leading expertise. Participating in a leadership team responsible for strategic direction and financial performance. Collaborating with other UK Building Services teams to optimize technical direction and standard procedures. Supporting and developing our Public Health colleagues globally. Managing technical risks, negotiating scope of services, and preparing fee proposals. The key deliverables in the first 12-24 months include: Enhancing Ramboll’s building services reputation by upskilling our Public Health engineering functions. Developing and promoting Ramboll’s technical capabilities in the local market. Maintaining excellent client service levels. Expanding our team’s Public Health design skills, reducing risks, and improving efficiency in low and net zero carbon solutions. Attracting talented recruits to grow a skilled and dynamic PH team. Contributing to our business plan aligned with our mission and values. About you From the start, we will support your growth.
