Compliance Associate

We are working with a Globally Significant Private Markets firm who are looking for an experienced Compliance Associate to join their team. The role will be working closely with the Head of Compliance, assisting on projects and working in a generalist/advisory capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the management of the Compliance Framework including the implementation of policies and procedures.
• Working on the regulatory reporting and filings.
• Involvement in implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Programme
• Advising on regulatory matters, and providing guidance to the business.

Key Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years generalist compliance experience.
• Private Markets experience essential, particularly Private Credit.

This role is a permanent position based in London.
