We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Warehouse Operative in Carrickfergus, BT38 8PH. ** Multiple Warehouse Operatives positions available!** Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative: Basic rate: £12.45 Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative: Day shifts Monday, Wednesday and Friday with possible overtime Your role as a Warehouse Operative: Pick items using a voice activated pick system Operate LLOP (full training provided) Maintain and support the wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety Achieve pick rate targets set for the team – 90% Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment What benefits are available as a Warehouse Operative: Weekly pay Flexible pay access through Wagestream Access to Company Shop Membership Fully paid one day course and test to gain Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) license.
