Lusona Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with an established, multi-entity business operating across a broad and dynamic portfolio to source suitable applicants for the role of Finance Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of reporting, performance insight, and cost analysis in a fast-paced and growing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly performance reporting, including P&L summaries and cost variance analysis
- Investigating anomalies and trends across operations, presenting clear insights and recommended actions
- Building and maintaining reporting dashboards and visual summaries to help senior leadership quickly identify business opportunities and risks
- Leading financial analysis across operational spend, pricing, and supplier performance
- Collaborating with operational stakeholders to implement changes that improve profitability and efficiency
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc commercial projects and strategic initiatives
Applicants will have:
- Proven experience in a commercial finance or analytical role, ideally in a fast-moving or multi-site environment
- Strong ability to work with and interpret large data sets
- Advanced Excel and reporting tool proficiency (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- A proactive mindset and the confidence to challenge, influence and drive change
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own priorities
