Acquisition Manager - Real Estate

This includes over 14,000 assets across 90 million square feet, supported by a robust development pipeline of more than 20,000 residential units. o Evaluation and business planning of such opportunities o Managing external advisors – agents, lawyers, building surveyors, valuers, etc o Present deals to the Investment Committee o Interaction with the asset management team on strategy and execution of business plans as required o Preparation and presentation of investment reports for dissemination internally o Contribute to the formation/implementation of investment strategies o Assist the New Business team with the analysis and underwrite of property assets as part of corporate acquisitions o Strong network of agents and advisors within the market o Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel o Ability to understand and interpret data/cashflows o RICS accredited undergraduate or postgraduate degree qualification Competitive basic salary & benefits (including pension contributions & private health insurance). • Car allowance. • Discretionary annual bonus award.
