What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute account strategies to unlock new upsell and expansion opportunities
- Systematically identify, pursue, and close upsell deals within the existing customer base
- Present the value of new product modules, features, and services to existing clients
- Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle for upsells, from first contact to deal closure
- Keep your pipeline and CRM up to date, sharing accurate forecasts and reports
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to address customer needs and uncover new opportunities
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for upsell revenue
