We are looking for a switched-on, dynamic and highly experienced Property Manager to join this HNW household. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, straight-talking professional who thrives in a problem solving role who takes real ownership, and brings solid experience managing multiple private residences. This HNW businessman is looking to hire someone with a strong property management or operations background to assist him with his various properties (in the UK and abroad) and ad hoc projects in his personal life. This role will require you to be based from his home in Buckinghamshire, and will require out of hours support (evenings and weekends)

Duties will involve:
\\n\\n
- \\n\\t
- Arrange and oversee all planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, and renovations (in UK, & abroad)
- Assisting with a house move in the UK
- Ensuring all systems are functioning smoothly across sites
- Ensure alarms, entry systems, and smart home technology are maintained and functioning
- Manage quotes, budgets, and timelines
- Source and manage third-party contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality work
- Manage household staff
- Sourcing items for the house
- Managing calendars
- Booking personal appointments, paying bills and any other ad hoc personal admin
- Project management of various personal projects
- Research
- Booking personal travel and holidays

The ideal candidate will be:

- Have extensive Property Management experience
- Strong academics
- Be practical and hands on, with a problem-solving mindset
- Be an excellent communicator with a calm, professional and discreet approach
- Have high emotional intelligence
- Driver with own car
