Senior Product Manager – Product Ownership Across a Growing Portfolio

Location: Hybrid (Remote with regular travel to Glasgow and client sites)

Salary: £60,000–£75,000 + Benefits

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle at Staffscanner – our established care workforce platform – while also helping to bring two new products to market, with others in the pipeline.

This role offers a rare opportunity to take ownership across a growing portfolio of care technology platforms. You’ll work directly with founders, engineers, and commercial teams to shape what we build, why we build it, and how we bring it to market.

This is a hybrid role. You’ll work remotely, with regular time in Glasgow and client visits as required for business needs.
