The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
As an All-Age Quality Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality assurance activities across our social care provisions. You will:

Lead quality inspections and ensure timely data sharing to improve service delivery

Conduct both announced and unannounced visits to providers’ premises, producing detailed reports and recommendations
-
Collaborate with providers to meet quality standards and drive best practices
-
Work closely with key stakeholders, including the Care Quality Commission and OFSTED, to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
-
Support provider concerns meetings and provide written briefings on serious performance issues
-
Resolve queries, complaints, and safeguarding concerns from various stakeholders
-
Maintain robust partnerships and information sharing channels with key stakeholders
-
Support the development and delivery of Provider Engagement events to shape the market and enhance service quality.

A good standard of English and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential

Relevant qualifications related to quality assurance are desirable.
Experience:
-
Experience in the Social Care or Health sector with a good understanding of relevant legislation
-
Experience working in partnership with key stakeholders across Health, Social Care, Commissioning, and Brokerage
-
Experience in a complex care setting environment and working with commissioners, brokerage, and providers to monitor contracts and quality standards
-
Understanding of social care provision and quality standards
-
Understanding of OFSTED and CQC assurance.
