ABPM as experts in financial recruitment have been appointed by a high-quality manufacturing company based near Derby to recruit an Interim Group Accountant. They are a business that not only care about their products, but they also care about their employees and the environment they work in. The successful candidate will be either a qualified accountant or an individual who is a QBE with strong technical financial accounting experience.
Responsibilities:
- Production of financial accounts by collecting and analysing data.
- Maintaining fixed assets and financial records.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Balance sheets reconciliations.
- Preparation of statutory accounts.
- VAT returns.
- Comply with up-to-date principles and procedures of finance regulations.
- Ad hoc duties when required.
Profile:
- Knowledge of up-to-date principles and procedures of finance regulations.
- The desired individual would be coming out of Practice or an industry background.
