A well-regarded Scottish law firm is seeking a senior solicitor/associate (3+ years') to join its Dispute Resolution team in Edinburgh. With a strong reputation in property-related disputes, the team advises clients across Scotland, including commercial landlords and tenants, landowners, businesses and community organisations.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 yearsβ PQE to specialise in property litigation, while also gaining exposure to a broad range of civil dispute matters.
The Role:
- Work on a variety of contentious property matters, including:
- Commercial lease disputes and dilapidations
- Rent, access rights and servitude issues
- Boundary disputes and nuisance claims
- Rights of access and title conditions
- Representing clients in Sheriff Court, Court of Session, Scottish Land Court and Lands Tribunal proceedings
There will be opportunities to work alongside solicitor advocates and experienced mediators on more complex or high-profile matters. The firm encourages collaborative working and supports team members in business development and strategic growth initiatives.

- Scottish Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in dispute resolution (property litigation experience preferred)
