Senior Insights Manager

The role of a Senior Insights Manager is to work within the Insights and Research Team to help design projects that derive critical insights across multiple accounts and service lines; support organic growth; and contribute to a positive environment for delivering excellent quality healthcare solutions through delivery skills, project scoping, and providing value to both the agency and our clients.

You will have experience in the pharmaceutical landscape coupled with a broader B2B understanding and a desire to influence the shape and future of our business. Reporting directly to a member of our Senior Management Team, you will be involved in projects through client delivery, project management, and supporting business with our clients.

This is a Hybrid remote/in-office role with at least 2 days expected in the office.

What will you do …

1. Demonstrate Inizio Engage XD values and encourage these values in others.

Healthcare Research & Insight Consultant

1. Provide leadership and counsel on insight and research needs.
2. Support client proposals and pitches, including desk research and strategic insights.
3. Educate the business on the importance of market and customer insight for strategy development.
4. Demonstrate knowledge of therapeutic areas and market audiences.
5. Provide insights into partner mindsets, perceptions, and behaviors.

Qualitative and Quantitative Data Researcher

1. Design qualitative and quantitative studies.
2. Create insights from data analysis, e.g., CI / market research projects or secondary data, to assess audience understanding, SWOT analysis, positioning versus competitors.
3. Turn data into relevant insights, answering business questions.
4. Create impactful presentations and reports with strategic guidance.

Project Management, Direction, and Delivery

1. Provide guidance and direction for research/insight projects.
2. Challenge project goals, timelines, and budgets in meetings.
3. Manage timelines internally and with client teams, identifying main milestones.

Opportunity Seeker, Business Development & Networking

1. Understand client’s business strategy, culture, and products.

Commercial Action and Financial Accountability

1. Estimate and articulate budget requirements to account teams.
2. Manage scope changes.
3. Build simple budgets and participate in pitch delivery.

What you\’ll need to have …

1. Healthcare market research agency experience (e.g., Senior Research Manager/Associate Director or equivalent).
2. Qualitative and Quantitative research experience.
3. Experience in moderation, questionnaire, discussion guide, and screener writing.
4. Experience in primary and secondary research methodologies.
5. Ability to translate data into insightful, engaging outputs.
6. Proven moderation skills.
7. Client liaison and project management experience.
8. Experience with Google Analytics.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Understanding of healthcare research codes and compliance.
11. Experience in congress/events space.
12. Experience working with AI on projects.
