Key Responsibilities: * Warranty Claims: Process and submit warranty claim accurately, ensuring they align with manufacturer guidelines. * R&M and Retail Invoicing: Manage and verify invoices for repair and maintenance, as well as retail services. * Customer Liaison: Act as the point of contact for internal teams and customers, resolving queries effectively. * Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and invoices. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to streamline operations.
