On behalf of a reputable and innovative organisation who are leading from the front in their vertical, weβre seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect to own the technical development platform, and work with the wider team to deliver ongoing enhancements, improvements and implement latest features. You will gain multi-cloud exposure, working within a CoE across a number of enterprise scale projects.
As Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading from the front providing mentorship and guidance to junior members, own the overall technical solution, manage and build relationships, whilst playing a fundamental part remaining hands on with complex development.
The company offers a flexible and dynamic internal culture whereby they often get together for social meet ups from art and sport clubs to social activities after work. You will be expected to come into the office in London on a hybrid basis. Due to the scale and speed of growth, you have direct and advanced route to stepping into senior level positions in whichever way you see your career going. This is supported right from C-Suite, seasoned Architects and additional resources are provided alongside this.
Requirements:
- Circa 5+ years with Salesforce development
- Core Cloud experience as a minimum is required - Additional Clouds are desired
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues
- Holding relevant Salesforce Certifications (PD1 - Essential)
- Proficient and confident communicator with senior level stakeholders
- Proficiency with Salesforce coding languages (LWC, Apex, API integrations)
- Consulting background across end to end implementations
- Full right to work in the UK
