Foot Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer to cover sites in and around Central London Zones 1+2. Salary up to £45k, plus travel card, overtime and great benefits.
Our client is a leading technical services provider who specialises in high profile commercial buildings nationwide. Due to contract awards, they are looking for a Foot Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of sites in Central London, zones 1 & 2.
Role:- Planned maintenance on electrical / HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's
- Conduct site walk rounds and completing reports
- Checking UPS systems
- Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / ballasts etc
- Changing lamps
- Changing / cleaning filters
- Minor alterations to BMS set points
- Electrical / HVAC building services maintenance background
- Strong electrical and building services maintenance knowledge
- Electrical NVQ City & Guilds Level 2 / 3 qualified along with 18th Edition
- Understanding of electrical / HVAC plant maintenance in a commercial environment (not domestic or install)
- Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on site on a daily basis
- Competitive salary £45k+ based on 40hrs
- Good overtime rates including time & half and double time
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
