We’re looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer to join a forward-thinking organisation focused on digital transformation and modern service delivery. In this fully remote role (with expected travel once a month), you will play a key part in designing and delivering innovative business applications using Microsoft’s Power Platform suite.

Your Role
As a Power Platform Developer, you will lead the development of secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and more. Working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will ensure applications are built to meet real business needs while aligning with platform strategy and digital best practices. You will also mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and solution lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy business applications using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents)
- Support platform governance, maintenance, and performance optimisation
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services and external systems
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring within the development team
- Contribute to Agile delivery practices including sprint planning and code reviews
- Champion best practices in low-code/no-code development and support citizen development
- Work with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps for CI/CD and lifecycle management
Ideal Skills & Experience
- Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365
- Ability to gather user requirements and translate them into maintainable solutions
- Comfortable working in Agile, iterative delivery environments
- Knowledge of JavaScript and/or C# for custom connectors or plug-ins
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control, and automated deployments
- Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced developers
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform technologies
- Experience integrating with Azure (Logic Apps, Function Apps)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Forms)
- Experience with Power BI dashboard design and maintenance
