Key Responsibilities Valuation Process Management Handle valuation instructions effectively, ensuring high-quality and accurate delivery. Utilise tools like Argus valuation software for valuation appraisals. Client Engagement Act as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships. Deliver professional, well-written, and precise valuation reports tailored to client needs. Business Development Identify and pursue opportunities with existing and new contacts to grow the business. Stay informed about client needs, market trends, and future requirements to provide relevant services.
