The Head of Inbound Marketing will spearhead the strategy and execution of our inbound marketing and demand generation efforts. This pivotal role will drive awareness of our brand and interest in our platform leading to high-quality lead generation amongst our target market.
You will aim to attract loyal customers to our business by aligning with our target audience’s needs. Creating tailored marketing experiences through valuable content to drive customer engagement and growth, striving to increase conversion rates, and contribute significantly to the revenue growth of With Intelligence. As a key leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives., * Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive inbound strategy to drive awareness, interest and desire of our platform leading to inbound enquiries.

Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.

Team Leadership: Spearhead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and performance excellence.

Brand Positioning: Ensure our efforts align with With Intelligence’s brand voice and market positioning to drive consistent messaging and value delivery.

Channels: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (content, paid media, social, PR, SEO, webinars, events and more) to engage target audiences and generate pipeline growth.

Messaging: be able to understand the minds of our buyers to create authentic conversations and promotions that move them through the funnel.

Content: Create various content assets across mediums and channels, at all stages of the inbound funnel. Content marketing maximises exposure of the content you produce by promoting it across social channels and repurposing it where possible using our existing reports

Website: Work with the Website Manager to ensure the website is optimised for search (SEO) with keyword research and there’s a clear and obvious path for customers to move through the funnel. Also, to assist on building landing pages for the content you create.

Collaborate: with campaign teams, automation, PMM and Creative Teams to build a comprehensive full funnel strategy for our B2B channels, regularly test and optimise to improve performance

Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
