Based in Dunstable
We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for a permanent position at our client in Dunstable. This role will involve working AM and PM Shifts.
As an experienced Supervisor, the role will involve:
- Managing a team to ensure the area runs at optimal output
- Planning, co-ordination and control of all resources
- Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to
- Identifying areas of continuous improvement
- Effectively working with all departments within the factory
As a competent Supervisor, you will possess the following:
- PC Skills
- Planning and problem solving acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing
- Previous working knowledge in a similar role, ideally within the food industry
