Permanent Role

Salary up to £18.63 per hour

Based in Dunstable

We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for a permanent position at our client in Dunstable. This role will involve working AM and PM Shifts.

As an experienced Supervisor, the role will involve:

  • Managing a team to ensure the area runs at optimal output
  • Planning, co-ordination and control of all resources
  • Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to
  • Identifying areas of continuous improvement
  • Effectively working with all departments within the factory

As a competent Supervisor, you will possess the following:

  • PC Skills
  • Planning and problem solving acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing
  • Previous working knowledge in a similar role, ideally within the food industry
