Our client, an award-winning investment firm, is looking for a B2B Event Support Executive to join its Marketing and Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the execution of events and webinars that engage professional audiences and support wider marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for B2B events and webinars to ensure success
  • Coordinate event logistics including venues, vendors and registration
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver impactful event experiences
  • Create and distribute promotional materials in line with brand guidelines
  • Oversee event setup and breakdown to ensure brand consistency
  • Support the delivery of digital events, ensuring a seamless user experience
