Temporary Part-Time Executive Assistant - Around 18.5 hours (over 5 days - but must be flexible) - 8.30 - 12.30
Location: Goole - on site based
Salary - £38000 - £40000 (Pro Rate - DOE)
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a fantastic business who are looking to hire a Temporary Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer for a period of 6 months initially.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Inbox Management: Organize and prioritize emails, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Diary Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel Bookings: Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation, ensuring efficient itineraries.
- Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation, meeting minutes, and other tasks as needed.
- Proficiency in email and calendar management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Experience in travel booking and itinerary planning.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
The role will need someone who can work in a job share and also allow flexibility around when the 18.5 hours are worked in that week.
