Temporary Part-Time Executive Assistant - Around 18.5 hours (over 5 days - but must be flexible) - 8.30 - 12.30

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a fantastic business who are looking to hire a Temporary Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer for a period of 6 months initially. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbox Management: Organize and prioritize emails, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Diary Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel Bookings: Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation, ensuring efficient itineraries.
- Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation, meeting minutes, and other tasks as needed.
