What do the company do?
This business sells a variety of products into sports clubs, hospitals, universities & physiotherapy clinics. Each product is designed to optimise efficiency, better support patients' needs and deliver an overall improved service.
What would my role be?
Joining the sales team as an Inside Sales Specialist, your role will be split between their central Manchester office (3 days) and working from home (2 days). You will qualify inbound sales leads, nurture pipeline through the sales process, manage relationships with existing clients & lots more as you develop your sales skills! This is a fully entry level role, with no pressure to hit KPIs and targets across the first few months of training. The company are looking for a long term hire, with excellent progression opportunities available as they grow.

- Degree: The nature of the role and market means that we’re looking for someone with a degree that will support you in the role and industry. Sports rehab, biomedical science, exercise science & physiotherapy are all good examples - alongside many more.
- Transferable skills: This is an entry level role with no prior experience required, but personality traits and transferable skills for sales are key! These would include confidence, initiative, resilience and organisation.
What is the package offered?
- £25,000 basic salary
- £30,000 OTE
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday
