Why This Role?

Own and manage the performance and presentation of a 200k sq ft asset, shaping the occupier experience and protecting the integrity of a landmark destination.

• Be the first point of contact for occupiers, building strong, trusted relationships.
• Lead delivery through service partners (engineering, security, reception, cleaning) to provide a joined-up, consistent service across the whole building.
• Ensure the asset consistently reflects world-class standards through exceptional presentation and smooth operations.
• Support BREEAM, WELL, and SmartScore initiatives, embedding sustainability, health and smart-building practices.
• Gain exposure to senior leadership and strategic projects in a high-profile environment.

What We’re Looking For

• IOSH (or equivalent)
• Experience in facilities or operations management within offices, hospitality, or mixed-use environments.
• Strong people skills with the ability to build positive relationships with occupiers, contractors, and colleagues.
• Proven experience managing contractors and ensuring compliance to high standards.
• Organised, detail-driven, and confident in fast-paced situations.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems.
• A true team player who takes pride in maintaining high standards and delivering excellence.
