Located in one of the most iconic areas of Central London, we combine modern diagnostics, same-day results, wellness services, and a highly personalised approach. We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator (Phlebotomy & IV Therapy) with cannulation experience to join our team. This is a front-facing, key role that combines patient interaction, IV therapy, and general clinic support. We’re looking for someone confident, organised, and friendly who can take ownership of the front-of-house clinical flow while delivering a seamless patient experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Phlebotomy: Performing blood draws with skill, professionalism, and care
- Cannulation & IV Therapy: Setting up and monitoring IV infusions for wellness treatments (must have proven cannulation experience)
- Front of House Lead: Welcoming patients, managing the waiting area, and coordinating with the clinical team for a smooth patient flow
- Reception Support: Handling calls, scheduling appointments, responding to patient queries (especially during busy periods)
- Clinical Room Prep: Keeping treatment rooms tidy, well-stocked, and ready for use
- Diagnostic & Wellness Assistance: Supporting with sample handling, data entry, and assisting in wellness-related services
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with doctors, nurses, and admin to ensure an exceptional patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical admin / phlebotomy role
- Must be certified and experienced in cannulation
- Confident setting up and monitoring IV drips
- Friendly, patient-focused, and highly professional
- Able to take initiative and manage front-of-house clinical operations independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Eligible to work in the UK
