Our client, a historic professional institute in the legal sector, is looking for an Education & Training Officer to join their team on a part-time basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised candidate who will take charge of the planning and execution of a wide range of open days and events for students and members.
Working closely with the Training & Events Manager, you will play a crucial role in making sure that events run smoothly as well as liaising with student committees to make sure that their input is considered for future events.
Duties will include:
- Monitoring inboxes and replying to event queries
- Working closely with the banqueting & estates team
- On the day event supervision
- Post event review
The successful candidate will have previous experience organising events. A background in higher education, training or membership would be an advantage but is not essential. We are also particularly keen to hear from applicants with supervisory or team leader experience.
