HR Manager – Manchester/Hybrid Working – £40,000-£45,000 Role Overview: A Financial Services business in Manchster are seeking a HR Manager. This is a stand-alone role and you’ll be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing HR support and offboarding. This includes managing day-to-day employee relations, handling sensitive issues, and ensuring compliance by maintaining HR policies and legislation. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding New Employees: Improve and maintain the company Recruitment Policy Liaise with external recruiters and manage the internal application process Assist with the selection process, invite candidates to interviews, and process CVs and application forms Manage interview notes, issue offer letters and contracts of employment Create new HR files, issue references, and conduct pre-employment vetting Onboard employees Organise induction programs and manage pension, death-in-service, and employee assistance program (EAP) enrollments Set up tasks PMI & length-of-service anniversaries Ongoing HR Support: Address day-to-day employee queries, including contract, salary, holiday, and absence management Support performance management, probationary reviews, and annual appraisals Manage…
