This position sits in the delivery team at Kepler Search. You will be performing a recruitment position in a 180-degree capacity mainly focusing on the candidate search and the management of the candidate through the process. You will also provide lead generation to the 360 team.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing via various methods including headhunting
- CRM usage
- Learning compliance and right-to-work processes
- Working to understand the market
- Understanding umbrella solutions
- Setting up contractors
- Market presentation quarterly to management
Promotion Criteria:
- 1 deal per month for 3 consecutive months
- Able to do the tasks of a delivery consultant independently showing lots of autonomy and confidence
- Demonstrate readiness at review to carry out tasks of a Senior Delivery Consultant
- Ability to detect market intel and generate leads from candidates
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Investment Funds market
- Tracking well against annual targets
