Our client is a leading and Legal 500 rated regional law firm with a central London office. They now wish to add a Commercial Disputes Lawyer (circa 2-7 yrs qualified) into the London team. The team, consisting of 6 partners, 2 senior associates, 4 assistant solicitors, and 2 trainees, boasts an enviable client base, working for a range of clients of different sizes and sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidates to join a close-knit, supportive team and to learn from the very best.

The successful candidate will be responsible for giving advice on:

• Business protection
• Director, shareholder, and boardroom disputes
• Partnership disputes
• Intellectual property disputes

The ability to cope in a fast-paced and pressured environment, whilst maintaining a calm façade for clients, is vital, together with strong personal skills and a sense of humour!
