Marketing Manager – B2B SaaS (Demand Gen Focus)
Location: London (Bank) – 4 days in office
Reporting to: Marketing Manager

- Product suite includes lead generation, CRM enrichment, market research, and API/Chrome integrations
- Currently 90% outbound-led; shifting to a 50/50 inbound-outbound model
The Role
They\’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive and scale our demand generation efforts. You’ll work closely with Senior Marketing Manager) to deliver campaigns that generate pipeline and brand visibility. This high-ownership role has the freedom to execute, experiment, and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (webinars, email, paid, and content)
- Manage campaigns end-to-end — from creative build to post-campaign reporting
- Build and optimise landing pages and nurture flows (WordPress knowledge a bonus)
- Use Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) to create marketing assets — we’re phasing out Canva
- Run email programs via ActiveCampaign (or HubSpot equivalent)
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and CS on messaging and targeting
- Play a key role in shifting the demand engine toward inbound
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Strong campaign execution skills across email, LinkedIn/Google Ads, webinars
- Confident with Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Strong copywriting, creativity, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, launch-heavy environment
- Bonus: experience with WordPress, SEO research, and blog content creation
