We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Sous Chef to join a fast-paced, high-volume gastro pub team. This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up into a Sous Chef role.
You will be joining a brigade of 9 chefs, serving up to 350 guests on a Sunday, with a menu built around fresh, classic dishes and daily specials. All food is prepared in-house and led by our experienced Head Chef. You will collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Group Executive Chef on menu development across multiple sites as well as in-house specials.
