The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is h oused in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. Including 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

As our Assistant Head Butler, you will play a key role in leading a team dedicated to delivering personalised, seamless service at the highest level. From curating bespoke experiences to refining daily operations, you’ll be the bridge between guest expectations and unforgettable stays.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and personalise the suite guest experience, ensuring every detail is seamless.
• Train, develop, and inspire the Butler team to deliver excellence in line with Forbes, LQA, and Rosewood standards.
• Understand guest preferences, tailor service styles, and ensure special requests are handled flawlessly.
• Keep guest records meticulous, track preferences, and collaborate across departments to maintain an intuitive and smooth operation.
• Maintain inventories, monitor daily movements, and work with culinary and housekeeping teams to ensure an impeccable experience.
