We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Head of Pricing to lead our global pricing strategy, ensuring our offerings are competitively positioned to drive growth and deliver value to our customers.

About the Role

As Head of Pricing, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive pricing framework that balances business objectives, customer needs, and market conditions. You'll oversee the development of pricing models, market intelligence, and competitive benchmarking, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the organization. This is a high-impact role that directly influences revenue, profitability, and strategic decision-making across Vizrt’s global product portfolio.

  • Develop and execute a global pricing strategy that supports revenue growth and profitability goals.
  • Build scalable pricing models and frameworks for existing and new offerings.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions and maintain market relevance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to integrate pricing into broader go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide data-driven insights and tools to support sales negotiations and pricing governance.
  • Monitor pricing effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance margin performance.
  • Lead initiatives to test, validate, and scale innovative pricing models.
  • 7–10 years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or similar roles, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
  • An MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Deep knowledge of pricing tools, methodologies, and competitive pricing dynamics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing executive-level decision-making
  • A track record of delivering measurable results in a global, matrixed organization
  • Familiarity with the technology, SaaS, or media/broadcasting industries is a strong plus
