Are you an experienced consultant with a strong understanding of Investment Management operations and a proven ability to contribute to the delivery of complex technology and data projects? An exciting opportunity awaits you to join a dynamic and growing team focused on transforming the data and platform landscape for leading investment firms in London.

Our Investment Management Data Management & Platforms practice is expanding following a strategic acquisition, and we are seeking a talented Senior Consultant to play a key role in significant client programmes. You will be instrumental in the implementation and optimization of critical front-to-back office platforms and data management strategies.

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

• Lead specific workstreams within data management and platform implementation projects for Investment Management clients.
• Analyze complex client requirements and design effective solutions.
• Take a hands-on role in the configuration and implementation of Investment Management platforms and data management solutions.
• Drive data migration, data quality, and data integration initiatives.
• Manage junior team members and contribute to their development.
• Engage effectively with client stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure project success.
• Apply your understanding of the Investment Management business, key data elements, and platform functionalities to deliver value.
• Contribute to the creation of high-quality project documentation and deliverables.

What you\’ll bring:

• Solid consulting experience within the financial services sector, ideally with exposure to Investment Management.
• Proven experience in contributing to the delivery of technology or data-focused projects.
• A strong understanding of the Investment Management business, including knowledge of security types, issuers, and industry operations.
• Experience with data management principles, methodologies, and potentially specific Data Management platforms (e.g., Markit EDM, GoldenSource, Kimball).
• For platform-focused roles, experience with front-to-back office platform implementations and an understanding of the trade lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Experience in managing small teams or workstreams is desirable.
