We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merger and Acquisition Expert to lead and oversee strategic M&A initiatives in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of renewable energy markets, financial analysis, deal structuring, and integration processes.
Strategic Planning and Market Analysis- Develop and execute M&A strategies that align with the company’s objectives for growth and sustainability.
- Identify potential M&A targets, partnerships, and joint ventures in the renewable energy space.
- Perform rigorous financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence on potential deals.
- Evaluate risks, synergies, and the strategic fit of acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and financial advisors to ensure compliance and optimal transaction outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of assets, technology, and personnel.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, investors, and regulatory authorities.
At least 5 years in renewable asset transaction (PV/solar), with proven track record of successful investment or divestment. Familiar with financial model. Fund raising and project financing is a plus. Proficiency in English. Chinese is a plus.
