Renault Retail Group is looking for a HR Intern to join our Head Office in London. This position is an industrial placement year which is ideal for a Human Resources, Psychology or Sociology degree undergraduate. Please only apply if you are still studying at university. If you have already finished your degree or haven't been to university, this role is not suitable for you.

As our HR intern, you will support the wider HR team with a variety of duties and responsibilities. You'll support each department during your internship and will cover the following:

  • Prepare HR related reports and maintain HR analytics
  • Support with recruitment including posting job adverts, shortlisting and carrying out telephone interviews
  • Answer employee and manager queries
  • Coordinate training sessions, toolbox talks and apprenticeship programmes
  • Assist with new starter processes including document collection, induction coordination and HR system onboarding

This role will be Monday to Friday with flexible shifts between 8am to 6pm. 40 hours per week. You will be working from home with the exception of attending training and HR meetings as and when required. Due to this, you will need a full UK driving licence.

In return we provide a basic hourly rate of £12.21. Fringe benefits include 25 days annual leave, employee discounts on products and services, and specialised training courses directly related to your work with us.
