A top-performing, award-winning corporate finance advisory firm, specialising in mid-market M&A, is seeking a charismatic, self-starter to join their growing London team. You will work directly with shareholders on £20–100m transactions, leading full-lifecycle deals and shaping the future of a dynamic, high-growth advisory business. You will enjoy real autonomy and ownership and a genuine, clear, supported path to Partnership. What you will do:
- Lead M&A advisory work across the full deal lifecycle, from origination through to close
- Advise owners/shareholders on strategic, high-impact transactions
- Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing analysts and associates
- Play a pivotal role in driving firm growth, innovation, and team culture
You bring:
- 4+ years’ corporate finance lead advisory experience
- Strong M&A exposure, ideally focused on owner-managed or entrepreneur-led businesses
- Background in a Big 6 or top-tier advisory firm ideal
- ACA qualification useful, but not essential
- Presence, leadership ability, and a sharp commercial instinct
