Overview The Transport Coordinator is responsible for managing daily transport operations to ensure goods are delivered efficiently and on schedule. This role encompasses route planning, driver and vehicle management, compliance oversight, and communication between various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to handle high-pressure situations, and a proactive approach to logistical challenges. Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off (Days) | 06:00 am 18:00 pm Key Responsibilities Route Planning and Scheduling Develop and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate and plan shipment schedules. Driver Management Assign drivers to routes and ensure they are briefed on tasks. Manage driver schedules and monitor performance.
