We are working with a leading UK-based company offering a diverse range of authentic World Food and Drink products, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join their team, supporting the effective operation of a dynamic supply chain through performance monitoring, data insights, and short-term production planning. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in improving inventory management, forecasting, and factory supply planning across this leading international food business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage short- to mid-term supply plans, ensuring material availability and minimising factory downtime.
- Maintain dashboards and KPIs to provide actionable insights and support S&OP and performance tracking.
- Optimise inventory levels through analysis of forecasts, orders, and seasonal trends, aligning stock with business needs.
- Lead two-month production planning for key product lines, coordinating with Procurement, Quality, and Production teams.
- Drive supply chain efficiency through process enhancements and cross-functional collaboration across the business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain, production planning, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP/planning systems.
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing (ideally food or beverage).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
