About Us
Synthesized is transforming how the world tests software with AI. Trusted by global leaders like Deutsche Bank, UBS, and the European Commission, our AI-powered platform enables teams to generate high-quality test data and test cases in seconds—slashing costs, accelerating delivery, and eliminating reliance on production data. We’re a VC-backed company supported by top investors. With strong traction across financial services, healthtech, and telecom, and a $90B+ market in sight, we’re scaling fast in 2025 and beyond.
The Role
Synthesized is building the future of Testing Infrastructure—a new category that replaces fragile testing tools and manual workflows with scalable, intelligent systems built for continuous delivery. We’re looking for a Demand Generation & ABM Marketing Manager to take the lead in how we identify, engage, and convert our highest-potential prospects into long-term customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and execution—someone who knows that great campaigns start with deep customer understanding and end with measurable business impact.
As our first dedicated demand marketer, you’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and the Executive Team to shape our pipeline strategy, design full-funnel campaigns, and execute account-based motions that drive growth. You’ll play a key role in amplifying our category story, delivering quality opportunities to Sales, and ensuring our GTM efforts are aligned with the market we’re shaping. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for a marketer who wants to help define the go-to-market machine of a category-defining company—and isn’t afraid to build while scaling.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Demand Generation and ABM Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, SEO/SEM, webinars, events) to drive qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Optimize the marketing funnel by analyzing conversion rates and implementing strategies to improve lead quality and velocity.
- Manage and allocate the demand generation budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify high-value target accounts and develop personalized marketing strategies to engage key stakeholders.
- Execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns, tailoring content and messaging to specific account needs and pain points.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Work closely with Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff, establish lead scoring criteria, and develop joint campaign strategies.
- Provide Sales with the necessary tools, content, and insights to effectively engage and convert leads.
- Regularly review campaign performance with Sales to identify areas for improvement and collaboration.
- Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report on key performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates) to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing and use data-driven insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
- Maintain and manage marketing automation and CRM systems to ensure data integrity and campaign efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation and/or ABM roles within B2B SaaS, preferably in data, AI, or developer tools.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Experience with ABM tools and strategies, including account selection, personalized content creation, and engagement tracking.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Why Join Us
- Be at the forefront of a new infrastructure category—and help define it.
- Join a mission-led company backed by top-tier investors and used by global enterprises.
- Work with a small, elite team that blends technical depth with market ambition.
- Competitive salary, meaningful equity, and hybrid flexibility across London and Barcelona.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development in a rapidly scaling startup.
