Create and manage new product listings on Amazon and Online shop including product details, images, keywords, and A+ content.
Drive sales, profit growth and market growth for the portfolios of personal care and beauty brands to optimize the sales revenue.
Prepare sales/performance reports for regular reviews.
Enhance the operations excellence to achieve the sales targets.
Liaise with ad agency (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc) to develop content that enhances brand awareness and supports sales performance.
Assist with keyword research and listing optimization for ads and organic ranking.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally in a timely manner.
Resolve issues related to seller accounts on Amazon.
Work closely with Supply Chain Management team and other business units to ensure sufficient inventory for daily and seasonal sales.
