For Companies We are currently recruiting a Weekend Day Concierge at a residential development based in TN2. You will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of customer experience and service to all residents, guests, contractors and the clients.positive experience for clients.
Main Responsibilities

To welcome residents and guests

To man the reception desk during agreed hours

To provide/ facilitate required services to residents as per the instructions of managing agent

To respond proactively to resident or other requests in a timely and polite manner

To communicate effectively with residents, guests, other members of staff and contractors

To answer the telephone and deal with general enquiries, logging messages and following up
on requests
